Common questions

Q1: What is your maximum capacity for a 24 hour conference with dinner?

We can provide a conference room for 2000 theatre style, accommodate 2000 delegates in single occupancy and provide a themed buffet dinner for 2000 delegates.

Q2: Can I hire the whole Resort?

Yes, or just part of it.

Q3: How many breakout rooms do you have?

Each resort varies, but we have as many as 15 - 26 venues at each resort that can be used as breakout rooms. Our rooms are not all bespoke conference rooms but are areas that can be effectively used as breakout rooms.

Q4: Do you provide full event management?

We can organise as little or as much as you require. We have preferred suppliers who know our facilities and who we work with to ensure that all elements of an event are covered. However, should you wish to work with your own company we are more than happy for you to do so.

Q5: Do you allow outside caterers?

No, we don't as we have professional caterers on resort who have experience of working within our venues.

Q6: Will we be the only company on the resort?

If your company hires the resort on an exclusive basis, then yes. At most times of the year there will be other events or activities taking place. If you book a conference and stay overnight then your delegates have access to all the resort facilities, including leisure facilities and resort entertainment.

Q7: Can we book a conference when the resort is shut?

Yes you can, and we will work with you to create an event that will work for you. The resort facilities will be shut in this instance but we will quote you prices so that the facilities you may require can be opened for your delegates.

Q8: Do you do private parties and weddings?

Yes we do. These can be booked in conjunction with a holiday so that all members of your family can attend and enjoy a holiday at the same time. We range from birthday parties for kids to themed weddings as well as Anniversary Parties and vow renewals.

Q9: What type of accommodation is there on resort?

We have different styles of accommodation, ranging from our hotels at Bognor Regis, to gold and silver accommodation. Some of this accommodation is in ppartments where there are 2 or 3 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen and lounge. Other accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with a bathroom. When we receive an enquiry we will check availability and talk to you about what type of accommodation is required and whether single or shared occupancy is preferable.

Q10: Are towels and linen provided in the rooms?

For all conference and events towels and linen are provided. For private social parties, this will be confirmed at time of booking.

Q11: Do the rooms have hairdryers?

Hairdryers are provided in the hotels, gold and deluxe accommodation.

Q12: Is there a separate check in area for conference delegates?

Dependant on the size of conference we will allocate a separate check in area for delegates.

Q13: Is there an internet facility in the bedrooms?

We have WiFi connections within our at all three resorts.  Currently internet connection is only available in our hotel accommodation at Bognor Regis. 

Q14: Can we place gifts and refreshments in the rooms?

Yes this can be arranged and we have a variety of options available. A small charge will be made for each drop.

Q15: Is there parking?

Yes there is free parking on all the resorts and we have space for coaches as well.
